The Village of Bosque Farms seeks to hire a Utilities Field Supervisor. Minimum qualifications: Must have a current Level I New Mexico State Wastewater Operator Certificate; a current Level II New Mexico State Water Operator Certificate; a valid NM Class B driver’s license; Any combination of education above the high school or GED level; training and/or experience in water supply and distribution system operations totaling two years and in wastewater collection and treatment system operations totaling two years.

Library Director
The Village of Bosque Farms seeks to hire a full-time (40 hours per week) Library Director. Applicants must have high school diploma or GED and a New Mexico Library Certificate I. There is considerable public contact so good people skills are a must, as well as good organizational, clerical, computer and language skills. The Library Director is responsible for the library staff and their schedules, as well as the annual budget, book selection and grants. Salary is DOE. Village Clerk/Administrator
The Village of Bosque Farms seeks to hire a Village Clerk/Administrator. The purpose of this position is to provide the Village of Bosque Farms with support services to assist the Mayor in managing, directing and coordinating the administrative, personnel and budgetary activities necessary to conduct Village business. Responsibilities of this position include annual budget preparation, grant writing and administration, preparation of public notice requirements and municipal elections. Minimum requirements are a minimum of six years of management level experience in a government position, knowledge of federal codes, regulations and New Mexico State Statutes and excellent verbal and written communication skills. PLANNING AND ZONING OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Village of Bosque Farms, New Mexico seeks to hire a Planning and Zoning Officer. The Planning and Zoning Officer will implement procedures to enforce zoning, land use and other related ordinances; issue building and sign permits; direct the applications for commercial, agricultural, residential land use; conduct on-sight property inspections; establish and execute accurate and complete record keeping; attends and participates as the Village representative in assigned committees, meetings and projects related to land use issues; process, interpret and administrate Village codes as guided by the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or the Mayor or Village Administrator; performs field inspections for possible code violations; investigates complaints, draft and issue letters of information, issues citations as necessary to enforce Village ordinances; functions as a resource to the public, elected officials, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Village Administrator; serves as chief staff person to the Planning and Zoning Commission; prepares for and conducts the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings; performs research and other administrative support as directed; performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge and ability to interpret land use codes and ordinances; type at least forty (40) words per minutes; establish working relationships with the Village Planning and Zoning Commission, the Governing Body, employees and the general public; effective oral and written communication; plan, organize and initiate work procedures with minimum supervision; computer proficiency; Microsoft software proficient.
