Village of Bosque Farms Municipal Court
The Mission of the Municipal Court is to provide adjudication of all violations of all Village Ordinances and criminal offenses that occur within the Village of Bosque Farms, NM.
The Court hears cases involving petty misdemeanors, traffic violations including DWI/DUI, and violations of Bosque Farms municipal ordinance violations
The Village of Bosque Farms Municipal Court operates
an open, efficient and fair Court for the citizens of the Village,
ensures due process for all persons cited for violations of the
Municipal Ordinances, and acts in a fair and impartial in all decisions
that are made in accordance to Village laws and ordinances .
Our current municipal Judge is the Honorable Robert Kavanagh. Judge Kavanagh was elected to a four year term as municipal Judge in 2008.

Municipal Court holds regularly scheduled sessions. All hearings are by appointment only. Call the Clerk for the current schedule.
