The Mission of the Municipal Court is to provide adjudication of all violations of all Village Ordinances and criminal offenses that occur within the Village of Bosque Farms, NM.
The Court hears cases involving petty misdemeanors, traffic violations including DWI/DUI, and violations of Bosque Farms municipal ordinance violations
The Village of Bosque Farms Municipal Court operates an open, efficient and fair Court for the citizens of the Village, ensures due process for all persons cited for violations of the Municipal Ordinances, and acts in a fair and impartial in all decisions that are made in accordance to Village laws and ordinances.
Municipal Judge
Our current municipal Judge is the Honorable Ginger Eldridge. Judge Eldridge was elected to a four-year term as municipal Judge in 2023.

Municipal Court holds regularly scheduled sessions. All hearings are by appointment only. Call the Clerk for the current schedule.
You can now pay your citations online at www.citepayusa.com with a credit/debit card of an electronic funds transfer from your bank account. To make a payment you will need to enter the traffic citation number on the citation or the court case number and your date of birth. HOURS OF OPERATION
Starting on March 29th, The Village of Bosque Farms Municipal Court, will have the following hours.
Monday 8am – 5pm
Tuesday 8am – 5pm
Wednesday 8am – 12noon
Thursday 8am – 5pm
Friday 8am – 5pm
We will be available to answer the phone on Wednesdays after noon.
Court is held every other week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3pm.
